To Create a wordpress blog:

• First thing create the blog page and assign it in the Dashboard>>Settings>Reading>>Post page.
• You should customize blog page with the Theme>Customize to control appearance of images and meta data.

To create a Post in WordPress blog administration:

• From WordPress Dashboard>Posts>Add New create a new post.
• Create a Paragraph block with choosing Drop Cap option
• Create a section block and inside it a Quote block to create a qutation
• Style the section block Color, spacing
• You can add columns block (that displays content in multiple columns, then add whatever content blocks you’d like.), one column for image and the opposite for paragraph
• You can add header block above the paragraph block inside the column.

Blog Designer plugin:

• You can add the blog designer plugin to create a post with elemenator.
• Blog designer plugin enables you to desine your blog page.
